Our story

From shredding paper to streamlining processes – Our journey!

In 2016, we started with a simple goal: empower businesses and individuals to securely dispose of confidential documents. We began as an e-commerce store, offering high-quality shredding machines for purchase. However, we quickly realized that many clients needed more than just the tools; they craved a complete solution for their information management needs.

In 2018, we listened and evolved. We transformed ourselves into a full-service shredding company, taking away the burden of document destruction with professional, secure, and compliant on-site and off-site services.

But our story doesn’t end there. Our clients expressed a growing need for responsible and sustainable technology disposal. So, in 2020, we expanded our offerings to include secure and certified computer recycling services. We believe in giving electronics a second life or responsibly recycling them, minimizing environmental impact.

As our clients’ needs continued to evolve, we saw an opportunity to offer even more comprehensive solutions. In 2022, we introduced off-site document storage for secure and space-saving record retention.

To further assist clients with their digital transformation goals, we introduced document scanning services and digitally born document and automated digital workflow processes, removing manual physical paper processes evolving clients in achieving paper-less business processes.

We also launched a robust digital document management system which is hosted in the cloud locally in South Africa, enabling clients to efficiently organize, access, and collaborate on electronic documents.

Finally, recognizing the challenges businesses face during relocations, we added company moves & storage to our service portfolio. Our team helps manage the entire process, from secure packing and transportation to furniture installation and document organization, ensuring a smooth and stress-free move.
